About Us

You may ask, who are the Nonessentialists? We are just a couple of guys who have a passion for creating environments that we love to work in and to enjoy our hobbies. All of our friends would always ask us for advice as we were always tweaking the decor, furniture, and technology in our offices. So we felt we could improve your life and make your space a more enjoyable one!

We both grew up with very different backgrounds but have known each other since Business School. As a result of our different experiences we can bring you a wide variety of opinions and ideas how to improve your work space.

So Who are the Nonessentialists?

 Kevin was born and raised in Kansas. Later in life, He went to university on the East Coast and has a degree in Economics & Finance. While in college, he also spent some time studying in Tokyo, Japan learning about different cultures. From these experiences he has a unique perspective on design & efficiency. Outside of working, Kevin has many hobbies including, driving, watch collecting, and traveling.

 JC was born and raised in a remote city near the border of China and seven different Middle Eastern countries. From there he moved to the United States to study on the East Coast. Somehow he ended up in the same university with Kevin and that’s how they got to know each other. Having spent extensive time in vastly different cultures, JC has learned to appreciate things of all shapes in life. He has a wide array of hobbies including driving, reading, and all things music-related just to name a few.
